Looking back and such.
myearsarecold: I was looking at a bunch of my pictures from ‘09 and ‘10 and I’ve lost a lot of weight in my face, and everywhere else. I mean, I’m not skinny or anything (never will be, I look sick when I hit a certain weight), but it just surprises me because I was so into fitness and working out and working on my body back then. Now, I just sleep and eat and work.  Huh. Just an observation.

Good morning :)
Finally got up, started the laundry and cooked myself breakfast Omelet w/ sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions and shredded cheese Wheat Bread Water Apple Juice and now I feel like I’m going to vomit if I eat the food :( On the plus side, Anti Hero Music is such a great song to cook to. Carbs.
I love them, but I’m going to try something different. I’m going to try and keep my carb intake at a minimum. Only for breakfast or lunch can I have carbs. That way I still have enough time where I can burn some of it off. We’ll see how that goes. *crosses fingers*

Good Morning :) I got a little more than 6 hours of sleep. I really tried to shoot for 7.5-8, but I just couldn’t stay in bed. I've come to realize that it's hard for me to tell...
Unless I’m so full, I can’t move, I have no idea if I’m still hungry or full. Kind of like it’s hard for me to tell if I’m hungry unless my stomach is growling and I have severe hunger pains. Note to self:
Sleep is one of the many factors that can affect your progress. Try to go to sleep by midnight and be up by 8 or 9. Gym by 10 then work afterwards. Extra money and a nice body. Also, make sure to pack lots of food and your water bottle.
