Looking back and such.

I was looking at a bunch of my pictures from ‘09 and ‘10 and I’ve lost a lot of weight in my face, and everywhere else.
I mean, I’m not skinny or anything (never will be, I look sick when I hit a certain weight), but it just surprises me because I was so into fitness and working out and working on my body back then. Now, I just sleep and eat and work.
Huh.
Just an observation.

Lost 3 lbs. in 1.5 weeks, which is fantastic since I haven’t actually worked out in … a long time.

Alfredo w/ Mushrooms, Spinach and Bacon.
I didn’t measure my ingredients the way I should have (sorry) but here’s what I used.
2 handfuls of Wheat Pasta (Linguini)
5 Med. Mushrooms
5 stripes of bacon
2 handfuls of flat leaf spinach
1 jar of alfredo sauce (we didn’t have everything to make it from scratch)
1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 evaporated milk
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Good morning :)
Finally got up, started the laundry and cooked myself breakfast
Omelet w/ sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions and shredded cheese
Wheat Bread
Water
Apple Juice
and now I feel like I’m going to vomit if I eat the food :(
On the plus side, Anti Hero Music is such a great song to cook to.
Anyways, anyone hungry?
My nana would kill me if she knew I just wasted this food.

Carbs.
I love them, but I’m going to try something different.
I’m going to try and keep my carb intake at a minimum.
Only for breakfast or lunch can I have carbs.
That way I still have enough time where I can burn some of it off.
We’ll see how that goes.

January 17th.
Good Morning :) I got a little more than 6 hours of sleep. I really tried to shoot for 7.5-8, but I just couldn’t stay in bed. Woke up and cleaned my kitchen, then made breakfast for myself and my grandma and packed her lunch.
Breakfast [6:00 AM]:
2 Egg Omelet w/ onions, bell peppers, green onions, cheese & tomatoes.

I've come to realize that it's hard for me to tell...
Unless I’m so full, I can’t move, I have no idea if I’m still hungry or full.
Kind of like it’s hard for me to tell if I’m hungry unless my stomach is growling and I have severe hunger pains.
I tend to wait too long to eat and eat too much.
The reason I bring this up is because I just finished eating my breakfast and I wasn’t sure if I was hungry or not, so...

So I’ve decided that at the beginning of the day I will post what I plan to do for the day and at the end of the day I will reblog it with any changes. It will log my workouts, meals and amount of sleep I got the night before.

Note to self:
Sleep is one of the many factors that can affect your progress.
Try to go to sleep by midnight and be up by 8 or 9. Gym by 10 then work afterwards.
Extra money and a nice body.
Also, make sure to pack lots of food and your water bottle.
